Pride Gym offers Muay Thai Classes for Children, Teens and Adults

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is a form of hard martial art practiced in large parts of the world, including Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries. Muay Thai has a long history in Thailand and is the country's national sport. Traditional Muay Thai practiced today varies significantly from the ancient art muay boran and uses kicks and punches in a ring with gloves similar to those used in Western boxing.

All of Pride Gym's Classes put a strong emphasis on Fun, Fitness and Practicality. If it doesn't work in the Gym, it's not going to work when you need it too!

This is a great class for gaining confidence, better fitness, co-ordination, speed and agility and has been one of Pride Gym's best selling class for eveery age group!

Things to Keep in Mind

We at Pride Gym like to consider ourselves a family. As such, there are a few things to keep in mind if you plan on joining.

  • A positive attitude is a must.
  • Proper Gym attire is key, shorts, yoga pants, or Gi (kimono) etc.
  • If your goal is to learn to beat ppl up, this is not the place for you!
  • Respect is a Must. No form of harassment will be tolerated.
  • Consult a physician before doing strenuous activities.
