Kids/Youth Classes Up and Running Since September 2016

The kids/youth Classes have been back up and running since September and have been learning a lot.

Thursday night was a great youth class. Sparring session with all the kids doing some great techniques and learning some new techniques to advance their Muay thai kickboxing!

The advanced kids worked so well with All the new kids to progress them along in their training.
